Luna Cat Eye Base No. 4, 13 ml
Cat Eye base is a base with a cat's eye effect. The product contains small metal particles that react to the action of the magnet, moving in the not yet polymerized coating layer, which provide the resulting design with a magical reflection.
These bases have an average consistency, are well self-leveling. They do not require a dark substrate, as they have optimal color density.
Application method:
1. Apply Rubber base to the prepared nail plate with rubbing movements.
2. We wipe off the stickiness.
3. Next, we apply a not thick layer of the base with the effect of a cat's eye, put a modeling drop, turn the finger over to make an alignment and with the help of a magnet form a reflection.
4. Dry each finger for 160 seconds.
5. Next, cover with a top to complete the manicure.
