How to use:
1. Apply a rubbing layer and smooth the base of Fix or Classic to make the nail look wet. Dry and remove the sticky layer.
2. Level with a base from this collection and dry
3. Apply top coat - dry
Drying time in a 48W LED lamp: 60 seconds for each application technique
