TOUCH PERLA COVER BASE is a collection of 5 incredible camouflage bases that combine a delicate base with a pearl rubbing. You don't need to rub anything in, just apply the camouflage PERLA BASE and enjoy the shimmer that looks unique under sunlight and even artificial lighting. The highlight of the base is that you can apply it with a regular leveling layer, or you can make various lines with a dotting brush or a thin brush after application and get cosmic shimmer.

FEATURES :

METHOD OF APPLICATION :
- Standard preparation of the nail plate, namely:
- Surface dusting with a 240 grit file or buff
- Degreasing the nail plate
- Application of a dehydrator
- Apply the primer/ultrabond (acid-free primer) with a semi-dry brush without touching the skin. It is best to apply to the end of the nail without layering.
- Apply a thin or rubbing layer of transparent elastic base.
- Dry it.
- Perform the standard leveling of PERLA COVER BASE. The maximum thickness in the apex zone should not exceed 1 mm.
- You can leave it plain, or you can use a thin brush to create various patterns.
- File the end to create the thickness and frame of the shape.
