The HEPA filter is designed to capture and retain sawing particles, allergens, and other debris that gets into the nail hood during work. The air flow passing through it leaves fine particles of debris that settle on its fiber.
The HEPA is made of ultra-thin fiberglass laid out in a corrugated pattern. Its dimensions are ideal for the BUCOS CYCLONE V3-B tabletop hood.
The filter is a consumable that needs to be replaced periodically. Its service life depends on the density of the flow of customers and is up to 1-3 months, provided that it is regularly maintained: when it becomes dirty, you need to shake out debris particles from it.
Features of the HEPA filter for BUCOS CYCLONE V3-B:
- dust collector for a nail hood;
- reusable - service life up to 3 months;
- captures particles 10 microns and smaller;
- absorbs up to 99% of all dust particles, including allergens;
- each hood model has its own size;
- made of pleated filter material;
- to clean it, you need to knock it out over the trash can;
- white color;
- size - 17.4x13.2x0.8 cm.
Recommendations for the care of the HEPA filter:
- Regularly check the condition and cleanliness of the HEPA filter, removing accumulated dust and particles to maintain the efficiency of the hood.
- Maintenance: The HEPA is made of pressed paper and is designed to last 2-3 months. To ensure that it retains its shape, does not deteriorate, and does not lose its capacity, it should not be soaked or shaken violently. When soaked, cellulose fibers gain volume and the pore structure is disrupted.
- When you have finished working with a customer, the filter should be carefully shaken out over a trash can. To remove dust residues, it can be wiped with a napkin or vacuumed at low power with a special small nozzle, or a soft-bristled brush can be used.
- The HEPA filter must only be installed in the hood when it is dry.
