SOVA slide designs are characterized by color saturation and incredibly cool designs. The backing consists of an ultra-thin polymer film on a paper base. The film is easily separated from the substrate after soaking in water, is very plastic and thus perfectly follows the shape of the nail, and you can easily adjust the image. If used correctly and following the instructions, the sock is guaranteed to be corrected.
Instructions for working with slider design
- Prepare the nail plate;
- Select the desired design by 0.5-1 mm. depart from the drawing and cut out the shape;
- Apply a base coat and polymerize.
- Apply 1-2 coats of colored gel polish and dry in a lamp;
- Apply a thin layer of top coat and dry;
- Put the cut pattern on a napkin (pre-soaked in warm hot (not cold) water for 15-20 seconds).
- Bring it to the nail, and using the method of shear, separate the film from the paper base by 1/3, pressing the film at the base of the cuticle, leaving a margin of 0.5-1 mm at the cuticle line, remove the backing.
- Gently straighten the film and avoid creases, push out the remaining air and water with a soft napkin.
- Dry your slider nails in a lamp;
- Using a nail file, gently remove excess film from the free edge of the nail with an upward and downward motion.
- Dip a lint-free cloth in a degreaser and treat the edge of the nail;
- Apply a top coat (seal the ends and edges of the film near the cuticle and side rollers in 2 layers, polymerizing all layers in the lamp).
- If you have a top with a sticky layer, remove the sticky layer.
