The carbide cutter 274050BN has a nano-coating that protects the cutter from high temperatures and aggressive chemicals. This coating gives the cutter a longer service life.

Store the drill bits in a lockable storage case for safe keeping. Disinfect, clean and sterilize the drill bit after each use and each client.

Immediately after use, place the handpiece in a disinfectant solution; do not rinse it under water. After you have disinfected the handpiece, only then should you rinse it under running cold water.

Next, clean the handpiece. For ceramic handpieces, special brass brushes are used, which can also successfully clean carbide handpieces.

After that, we proceed to sterilization. Either thermal (glasperlene sterilizer, dry heat oven, autoclave) or chemical (concentrates).

Cleaning of any nozzles is quick and efficient in an ultrasonic sink. It uses the principle of cavitation and your instruments are cleaned in parallel with disinfection.
