Saeyang provides more than 20 models of micromotor pens, each of which differs in appearance, technical and structural design.

The H35SP1 pen has some structural advantages over other pens. One part of it (the front) is made of a special metal with high thermal conductivity, and the other (the remaining part) is made of medical, hygienically safe plastic. It is worth noting that it is in the front part of the handle that bearings are located - important elements of its design. During operation, they can get hot, and this negatively affects their wear resistance. That's why we chose a metal with high thermal conductivity - the heat of the bearings will be distributed between the metal body and them, which will help to preserve the working condition of the bearings.

In addition, the front part of the handle is much thinner than the rest of the body, so H35SP1 will fit perfectly in your hand with a pencil grip. After all, the diameter of this part of the body is only 16 mm, while the main diameter (in the middle of the pen body) is as much as 30 mm.

It is also worth noting the length of the wire, which is 1.5 m. With such a length, the nail technician will not be restricted in his movements, and therefore can perform his work comfortably.

The maximum operating speed of the handle is 35,000 rpm, and the torque is 3.2 N-cm. These technical characteristics are ideal even for pedicure procedures, provided that the control unit is designed for them.

Like all Saeyang handles, this model is completely free of radial runout on the shaft. And the amount of vibration and noise during operation is minimized as much as possible. Such improvements favorably affect the comfort of not only the nail technician, but also his/her client.

To simplify the replacement of the bit, a "Twist-Lock" collet clamp was used in this handle. This type of lock allows you to change the bits in 5 seconds maximum: turn to the left, change the bit, turn to the right, and you can start working. It should be noted that you should never clamp the lock without a bit, as it can break or close without the possibility of opening it.

It is worth noting the effective protection against overheating of the micromotor. There are ventilation holes in the back of the handle through which air penetrates during operation. It blows the motor along the body and helps to cool it down.

This handle can be used with different models of control units (Escort II Pro, Champion 3, N7, etc.).
